Roxy the vampire

So this is a character design for a comic that I and have been working out. She's a side character, part of the United States division of Hunters. (This huge elaborate thing that I'll delve more on if I do more character designs for the different divisions around the world). It's a really cool comic that I want to draw up designs for once he gets things written up.

Anyways, this is Roxy, a vampire that was turned roughly a hundred years ago. She's mute because of reasons I plan to explain. She won't get much, if any, screen time in the comic, but since I'm completely smitten with her, I have her background comic in the works.
